Job Title: Paramedic - Full-Time Opportunities (Lemoyne, PA)

Response provides EMS care throughout Pennsylvania, and we are currently hiring for both part-time and full-time Paramedic and PHRN positions.

Position Type:

• Full-Time Employees are eligible for health benefits, including dental and vision insurance with zero employee contribution.

 

Compensation:

• Starting at $28.00 per hour, with additional pay for national deployments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality ALS-level patient care and administer first aid and treatment.

• Demonstrate excellent patient care and customer service.

• Complete required documentation accurately and promptly.

• Retrieve and deliver supplies and equipment as needed.

• Maintain vehicles in a state of readiness, adhering to J.E.T. standards.

• Implement efficient work processes and support quality improvement initiatives.

 

License/Certification Requirements:

• Driver's License (Required)

• Pennsylvania Paramedic or PHRN Certification (Required)

• ACLS (Required)

• PALS (Required)

• PA Approved CPR (Required)

• NIMS 100, 200, 700, 800 (Required)

• HAZMAT Awareness (Required)

• Bloodborne Pathogens Awareness (Required)

• Ability to pass P.A.T.C.H, FBI, and Child Abuse Clearances (Required)

• ITLS/ATLS/PHTLS (Preferred)

 

Competencies & Skills:

• Competent in handling emergencies and operating basic and advanced life support equipment in compliance with Act 37, Title 28.

• Ability to communicate effectively in person and through electronic devices in English.

• Physical capacity to lift, carry, and balance a minimum of 125 pounds (250 pounds with assistance).

• Proficient in documenting and interpreting relevant information, even under stressful conditions.

• Must meet minimum vision requirements for motor vehicle operation and function effectively in varied environments (dark, extreme heat, cold, moisture).

 

Work Schedule:

• Flexible shifts available, including 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts.

• Day shifts and overtime available, including weekends and holidays as needed.
